Sometimes, even though you’ve planned and planned your event down to the most minute detail, the unexpected can happen. Sometimes spanners are thrown in the works and the weather just doesn’t want to play ball. At Camelot Amusements we understand that these things can often be unpredictable and always seem to happen at the last minute. That is why we now offer Event Protection.

Event Protection offers you the peace of mind of knowing that if you’re event has to be cancelled at the last minute, you aren’t still burdened with the full costs. As per our Conditions of Hire, once the rides have turned up at your event, full hire cost is required to be paid. This is where Event Protection can be life saver. If your event has to be cancelled within the first hour after its start time, Event Protection will cover the costs of hire required by Camelot Amusements. This will provide you with the peace of mind of knowing that your event is covered for anything unexpected.

Event Protection is calculated on the cost of your event, so for a quote simply contact us.

Terms & Conditions

Event Protection can only be claimed before the end of the first hour of the scheduled event start time.
Event Protection only covers you for equipment and services supplied by Camelot Amusements.
Money cannot have been exchanged with the public for any services provided by Camelot Amusements within this hour.
Camelot Amusements requires that the hire fees are paid in full for the cancelled event, however, this payment will be transferred to any event within a 13 month period.
A representative of Camelot Amusements must be in agreement of any cancellation. This is to prevent unnecessary cancellations.
Event Protection only covers you for a cancellation due to inclement weather. It does not cover you for human error.
